Gail sings 'I Shall Know Him'
When my life work is ended, and I cross the swelling tide,
When the bright and glorious morning I shall see;
I shall know my Redeemer when I reach the other side,
and His smile will be the first to welcome me.
Oh, the soul-thrilling rapture when I view His blessed face,
And the luster of His kindly beaming eye;
How my full heart will praise Him for the mercy love and grace,
That prepares for me a mansion in the sky.
Oh, the dear ones in glory, how they beckon me to come,
And our parting at the river I recall;
To the sweet vales of Eden they will sing my welcome home,
But I long to meet my Savior first of all.
Thro' the gates to the city in a robe of spotless white,
He will lead me where no tears shall ever fall;
In the glad song of ages I shall mingle with delight;
But I long to meet my Savior first of all.
CHORUS:
I shall know ... Him, I shall know Him,
As redeemed by His side I shall stand;
I shall know ... Him, I shall know Him,
By the print of the nails in His hand.

The Great Judgment Morning
Sung by T. Marshall Kelly
The rendition of this song, "The Great Judgment Morning", was Mordecai Ham's favorite traditional hymn. Billy Graham was converted in one of Ham's meetings and no doubt was influenced by the song's message. Would it not be wonderful if we could return to those revival times. J. Frank Norris and Mordecai Ham were best of friends for thirty years.
With pleasure I include this song, sung by T. Marshall Kelly, on the J. Frank Norris Historical Society blog.

Israel Under Pressure
One bedrock unchangeable fact of biblical history is the irreversible covenant God made with the ancient Israelites. Following the events of the past validates this most phenomenal truth, but least understood of a vast array of biblical mysteries.
It now appears (from recent news reporting) that Israel will be under pressure to accept the "two state plan." They are destined to resist, which just might lead to the inevitable coming invasion. The bible aludes to all of this, however, a definitive insight is difficult to forecast. ~ Roy Falls

WEEP FOR AMERICA
Pageantry and Entertainment ... is the format for modern Christianity.
Atheistic evolution has teamed up with theistic evolution resulting in a illusionary Deity.
Laughter has supplanted tears.
These are reflections of Roy, learned from the ministry of J. Frank Norris.

Stranger Than Fiction
The plot deepens in mystery. Since the origin of language is not known outside of biblical history, how was it that Adam had no need of a tutor. The strangest mystery of all is how is it we know so much about Lucy, but so little about Adam’s predecessors? The creation story is all about faith and “though I have all knowledge“, without faith it profiteth me nothing. Faith, hope and charity but the greatest of all is charity, without which, no man can see God.
(J. Frank Norris would have opposed any form of the Darwinian evolution).

When 'Parson Johnson' ... from Mississippi ... came to visit the First Baptist Church of FW, he would sing this hymn ... in such a way that it was like a charge of electricity over the whole audience. The rendition by Tennesse Ernie Ford is marvelous but nothing compared to the voice of "Parson Johnson'. ~ Roy Falls
Deep Dark Secret
The deep dark secret the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra would like to forget in their 100th anniversary celebration was the fact that J. Frank Norris and Brooks Morris (Orchestra founder) were best of friends for 28 years ..... Quote Morris: "Dr. Norris was the most honorable man of my acquaintance .... What is most pathetic is that Brooks Morris' name was not even mentioned in the recent Star Telegram write-up ... the Star Telegram did not even give credit to Morris, who not only founded the orchestra, but also directed it for about 30 years ... From the Archives of the Texas Methodist History
Meeting in Dallas, Texas in February, 1920, Methodists were participating in a large Interchurch World Movement with an agenda of promoting Women's Suffrage, anti-lynching laws and support of enforcing prohibition laws.
Among the leaders were none other than J. Frank Norris, serving on the platform committee. In hindsight, it would seem improbable that J. Frank Norris would have been a participate of this Interchurch World Movement. It does however, put to rest that J. Frank Norris was an obstructionist as alleged ... when worthy causes are at stake.
This article, appearing in the Methodist archives, noted that the Interchurch World Movement met its demise when northern Baptists and Presbyterians pulled out of the Movement.
Just another example of under-reporting in the legacy of J. Frank Norris, who, by the way, was not the inventor of dissent.

Back To Nauvoo?
WHY MITT ROMNEY LOST THE ELECTION!
He failed to muster an overwhelming part of evangelical voters. Traditional evangelical beliefs run counter to Mormon theology. Evangelical theology is rooted and grounded in Judeo/Christian understanding and not from what happened at Nauvoo.

In Defense of Israel
The J. Frank Norris Historical Society and it's founder, has always been, and still is, pro-Israel according to traditional biblical belief.

Dear Pastor Falls,
As President of the Fort Worth Chatper of Hadassah, a Jewish Woman's organization which supports hospitals and other humanitarian efforts in Israel, I am taking the liberty of writing to you.
Since Sunday, February 6th of this year, I have been saving the printed letter which you sent to the Fort Worth Star Telegram about your recent visit to Israel. It was so sincere and understanding that I can not resist asking if you would possibly have the time available on May 16th at twelve noon to come and speak to our members at a luncheon Hadassah is having.
This would indeed be a great honor for us.
Most Sincerely,
Below is an 'Invitation Letter' and a 'Thank You Note' from the Fort Worth Chapter Hadassah. My father, Roy Falls, spoke to this prestigious group in 1972 at the Bethel Jewish Temple in Fort Worth, Texas.

Two Scholarly Accounts of Two Great Issues:
TWO SCHOLARLY ACCOUNTS OF TWO GREAT ISSUES:
1. The Creation Story
2. Did The Jews Write The Protocols
I hold in my hand two classic books every bible believing Christian should read. George L. Norris was the youngest son of the legendary J. Frank Norris (1877-1952).
A brief summary of this book centers around the cataclysmic events in past ages which runs counter to the theory of gradualism, the cornerstone of evolutionary theory. George Norris was not only a gifted theologian, but was also blessed with a keen analytical mind.
George L. Norris left this life at age 57. His legacy is a phenomenal story in its own right. More about his life story in found in the archives of the Arlington Baptist College of Arlington, Texas.
I have often mentioned how his father could make the gospel story so simple, that even a six year child could understand. George, the son, could take the same simple story and present it in such a way that the most scholarly among us would have to take note. Also, I hold a copy of an account of the protocols of Zion, written by J. Frank Norris, who was one of the first to promote the idea of the establishment of a homeland for the Jewish people. You will not know the story of J. Frank Norris until you read this book. Below I have listed the Norris books and the price. Please places orders to:
